Film Schools

Here's the index page for film school database. Most film education in the world is offered in the US with Europe on the second place, Latin America on the third, and the rest of the world behind that - admittedly also because I know less about these countries.

Films schools in the United States and Canada

North-American film schools are well researched, especially in the U.S.; and there are many students to reach out to, with both success and failure stories to tell. There are also books written on the subject, with detailed descriptions of major programs. For example, the Film School Confidential, available on Amazon.

Most American film schools are in California and Southern California (SoCal) as Los Angeles is where a lot of the U.S. entertainment industry is concentrated.
